Payment is required in full before we prepare your order.

When we receive your order, it takes us one working day to process it and then it is sent via the requested delivery ordered. During busy periods, it can take up to 5 working days to process orders.

Our courier will attempt delivery.  If unsuccessful, they will leave a card.  Please follow the instruction to receive your order.  If your order is sent back to us, you will be liable for the cost of reposting your order to you.

If you're ordering any items from outside the UK, please note there will be additional charges for delivery.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.  If you return the goods unused and undamaged, you will receive a full refund with 14 days of their receipt.  Postage costs are refundable only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly posted to you or if the goods are damaged.  Return postage is at your expense and we recommend you use a service that will provide you with evidence of delivery to us.
